1.   All of Our Virgin Hair Extensions are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and Sanitation. No returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at pureclarityhairco@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days.
  2. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has any signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you via email or phone. At that point you will be responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed.
  3. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, WE ARE NOT responsible.
  4. Please allow 3-5 business days to process for returns. All returns that are approved will be charged a $35 restocking fee no exceptions. Pure Clarity Hair Co Business Hours are Tuesday-Friday 11am to 7pm CST & Saturday 11am to 2pm CST. Please note all orders processed after 7pm will not get processed until the next Business Day. All orders received before 7pm will began the processing & verification time of  your order.
  5. Every customer with a order over $500 will be notified to complete a verification form  before shipping out their order. This helps reduce fraudulent activities. Any credit card fraud or theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of Law.
  6. After order is placed it takes 1-3 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. Generally shipping takes about 5-7 days. When your order is shipped we will notify you via email with your tracking number. USPS average shipping time frame is 2-3 business days to deliver once you receive your tracking number. We only ship to confirm addresses from paypal. If your address is unconfirmed we will email you to verify your address to ensure accurate delivery.
  7. Please make sure your billing and shipping address matches the card used on file to make your purchase. We only ship merchandise to card holders address associated with the card used for your payment. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR once paid for signature confirmation. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and it comes back to us, we will notify you via email.
  8. We are NOT responsible for carrier delays from the post office natural disasters delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest you to not book any hair appointments until you have received your order. Due to things happen unexpectedly with the post office.
